Abdikadir Adan is the director of the center. He is responsible for the overall administration of the center such as staff supervsion, coordination with parents and community members and coordinates student recruitment. He has vast experience in teaching and school management.

Ahmed Ali, Ph.D, is the Associate Director of the program. He is responsible for grants and contracts, curriculum development, staff professional development and program planning.

Dr. Ahmed Osman is the Programs coordintaor. He coordinates different youth programs at our Minneapolis and St. Paul sites. He works with school districts and other educational institutions. Dr. Osman helps with curriculum development, and staff training. Dr. Osman has a Masters degree and a Doctorate in Education from Ohio University. As a licensed high school teacher, he teaches reading and writing.

Janelle Eberhard, MSW, is our Program Administrator. Janelle coordinates volunteers, assists in program development, grant writing and liaisons with development partners.

Mohamed Ali is our ABE program coordinator. He is resonsible for ABE student registration, testing, and program planning. He manages the center's patnership work with the Minneapolis school district ABE office. Mr. Ali also coordinates transportation.

Fatumo Said does community outreach. She is responsible for student recruitment and registration, meets with parents and community members, and does office management.

Part-time
In addition to the staff listed above, we have over 16 part-time staff working at the center.

Volunteers
Each semester, over 40 volunteers from local colleges such as the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis Community College, Northwestern College and Normandale help our students.
